What Differentiates Accel

Our People

We’ve transformed the staffing game by creating a temporary staffing service designed to offer year-round positions that adapt to the ebb and flow of work at the New Albany Beauty Park. This approach not only provides stable employment for our team members but also gives us access to a diverse talent pool, allowing us to scale up or down in hours. This flexibility, combined with a strong sense of inclusion and belonging, creates a workplace where everyone looks forward to coming in every day.

Our Building

Located in the New Albany International Beauty Park, our facility puts the entire supply chain at your fingertips. We’re positioned in Central Ohio, within a one-day drive of 50% of the U.S. population. With 517,000 square feet of space specifically designed for contract packaging and assembly, we’re equipped to meet a wide range of client needs.

Our Supply Chain Experience

With 35 dock doors, we can quickly load and unload products, whether they’re floor-loaded or palletized. Plus, our use of Nulogy PackManager provides transparency, letting you track your product and production status while seamlessly integrating with your existing systems.

Our dedicated quality team is here to make sure your packaging meets the highest standards. They manage various certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, SQF, and FDA Regulated, reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality and safety.

Our Commitment to Our Community

At Accel, Inc., we believe in giving back, a principle championed by our Chairwoman and Founder, Tara Abraham, and supported by our CEO David Abraham. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

At Accel Inc., diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have been part of our DNA long before it became a widespread focus. By fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, we’ve created a culture that attracts and retains a diverse workforce. This not only makes Accel a great place to work but also gives us a competitive edge by reducing labor shortages and ensuring operational stability. Our commitment to DEI strengthens both our team and our business, proving that inclusivity drives success.

Repatriated Rigid Boxes

By shifting rigid box production from overseas to our domestic facilities, one of our kitting clients achieved a 95% reduction in trucks and pallets, drastically cutting down on corrugate usage and eliminating vac form pre-assembly costs. On just their first 2.5 million boxes, they’ll save over $850,000 and reduce their carbon footprint by more than 300 tons, showcasing the substantial financial and environmental benefits of local manufacturing.
